EXCHANGES
Nidi Beach accepts exchanges within 7 calendar days of receiving the items.
Free RETURN only if the product has a manufacturing problem.
Customer pays for shipping and we ship the exchange free of charge.
The customer must make an exchange request by email nidibeach@gmail.com containing the invoice number, the purchase order number and the reason for the exchange.
Only after the reply by email, the product can be sent for the technical analysis.
The product must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging, labels affixed to the garment, panty protection (please remove) and no signs of use or damage.
Exchanges are only made according to the availability of our stock after receiving the product.
We check all goods prior to shipment to make sure there is no defect, but it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt.
Items that have been damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted. If the exchange does not meet the above criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, the costs of resending postage are the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges are the responsibility of the customer in relation to expenses if the product is not defective.
Promotional items CANNOT be exchanged.
